Order Processing

All orders all processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, sales events, or holidays processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Carrier selection may depending on your location and shipping option chosen.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.If an incorrect address is provided and that order has already shipped, we are unable to guarantee recovery or replacement of the package.
